Shorewinner – Blue Energy Summit: Trends for Offshore Development
Save the Date for the SHOREWINNER-Blue Energy Summit, a pioneering initiative aimed at strengthening the offshore renewable energy sector across Southern Europe. This significant event will take place on February 13th, 2025, in Ancona, Italy, while participants can also join online.
The Summit is organised under the SHOREWINNER project, an ambitious collaboration under the Erasmus+ program, uniting 22 partners from five Southern European countries—Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Cyprus. The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce & Industry participates in the SHOREWINNER project, together with the University of Cyprus (UCY), CARDET – Centre for
Research and Education, and INTERCOLLEGE. Our goal is to establish a robust Community of Practice (CoP) dedicated to offshore renewable energies, focusing on upskilling and reskilling the workforce to meet the increasing demand for specialists in this vital industry.
