Department of Services, Trade & Digitalisation

The Department of Services, Trade & Digitalisation has the mission to support the competitiveness and resilience of Cypriot enterprises in the sectors of services, trade, and digitalisation.

Particular emphasis is placed on Professional Associations operating under the auspices of the CCCI, active in areas such as Services, Tourism, Trade, Digitalisation & Technology, Finance and Investments, Transport, and other related service sectors.

Objectives

• Policy and Legislation Monitoring: Continuous monitoring and timely updates on new policies, legislative regulations, and initiatives affecting the services, trade, and digitalization sectors.
• Support of Professional Associations: Representation and promotion of their interests, strengthening their organizational capacity, and supporting the development of new initiatives.
• Improvement of the Business Environment: Cooperation with public and private stakeholders to create and enhance a favorable business framework.
• Networking and Extroversion: Strengthening local and international cooperation, aiming to develop synergies and facilitate access to new markets.
