Department of International Relations & Economic Diplomacy

The Department of International Relations and Economic Diplomacy, hosts the Chamber’s bilateral and regional business associations. Over 30 countries are represented by these business associations and the department maintains excellent relations with the respective Embassy of each represented country and works to develop and enhance the business relations between Cyprus and each of these countries in turn. The Department is also responsible for organizing and executing the Chamber’s business delegations abroad where Cyprus is promoted as a regional and international business centre and functions as a one stop shop for companies looking for potential partners in Cyprus while maintaining relations with the Cyprus Trade Centres, Embassies, Chambers of Commerce and members of the Enterprise Europe Network worldwide. In line with its core activities, the Department also contributes to the work and objectives of the Businesss Support Centre Cyprus through the dissemination of EU public consultations to the Professional Associations, answering related trade enquiries, using the resources of Enterprise Europe Network in the organisation of outgoing business missions and promoting the business profiles of participants through the Network.
