Survey on the Impact of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Services

The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) Cyprus is committed to providing high-quality services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). As part of our continuous improvement efforts, we are conducting a survey to evaluate your satisfaction with our services and to understand the positive impact our support has had on your business.
Your input is invaluable, as it helps us tailor our services to your real needs and ensures that we offer the best possible support.
The purpose of this survey is twofold:

1. To assess your satisfaction with the services you received.
2. To examine whether your business experienced any positive impact as a result of your collaboration with EEN.
3. Specifically, we are interested in understanding whether, through our support, you achieved:

• Improvement in your competitiveness or financial performance, such as:
   o Increased turnover or sales.
   o Reduced costs.
• Creation of new jobs or retention of existing ones.
• Entry into new markets.
• Overcoming challenges in your supply chain.
• Reduction of your environmental footprint or adoption of sustainable practices.
• Implementation of innovations, such as:
   o Improving products, services, or processes.
   o Protecting intellectual property through patents or trademarks.
   o Adopting innovation strategies.
   o Digitalizing parts of your business or implementing digital solutions.
• Securing funding.

This survey is a requirement of the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA), which oversees the activities of the Enterprise Europe Network on behalf of the European Commission.
