Budget Increase for the “Energy efficient upgrades for households” funding plan

We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry has announced that the budget allocated for the needs of the 2nd call of the Energy efficient upgrades for households’ funding plan will increase from €35 million to €50 million.

We would like to remind you that the program aims at extensive energy upgrading of existing residences, providing grants for expenses related to thermal insulation, window replacements, installation of shading systems, as well as the installation and/or replacement of technical systems (such as solar panels, photovoltaic systems, air conditioning, storage batteries, etc.).
Interested parties can obtain the funding plan Guide, which includes all the details, the Application Form Template, as well as other required forms or documents, from the website of the Ministry of Industry and Technology (www.industry.gov.cy).

Applications can only be submitted electronically through the funding plan system of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry (https://fundingapps.mcit.gov.cy ).
