Public Consultation – The Consumer Protection (Amendment) (No. 2) Law of 2025

We would like to inform you that the Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry has announced the commencement of the Public Consultation for the bill titled “The Consumer Protection (Amendment) (No. 2) Law of 2025.”

The aforementioned bill, the relevant announcement, and the accompanying documents for the Public Consultation have been posted on the electronic platform for Public Consultations and can be accessed by clicking here.

Interested parties can submit their views, comments, and suggestions electronically on the above platform, after registering, no later than Friday, 15 November 2024.
