Access of applicants for international protection to employment
We inform you that after clarifications requested by the KEBE, the Ministry of Labor and Social Insurance, in a letter to the KEBE, clarified the obligation of the employer who employs a political asylum seeker and his initial application is rejected by the Asylum Service.
According to the content of the letter, in case the application of the applicant for international protection (asylum seeker) is rejected by the Asylum Service, the employer should terminate his employment through ERGANI and proceed to re-hire him through ERGANI again when the applicant registers his appeal to the Administrative Court of International Protection.
