Available Industrial Plots in Industrial Areas

We would like to inform you that in an announcement, the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry, is informing about the availability of plots for lease in the Industrial Areas of Frenaros, Kokkinotrimithia, and B Paphos (Agia Varvara) and Ypsonas (Agios Sylas), per the attached spatial plans.

Interested parties may apply for a lease on the special form (BP1), which must be accompanied by the supporting documents recorded in the relevant guide. The closing date for applications is April 15, 2024.
