Το Τμήμα Επιθεώρησης Εργασίας του Υπουργείου Εργασίας και Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων διευκρινίζει ότι οι σχετικές πληροφορίες που ακολουθούν έχουν καταχωρηθεί στο Σύστημα Ταχείας Ανταλλαγής Πληροφοριών για Ασφάλεια Προϊόντων πλην τροφίμων (RAPEX) της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.
The Department of Environment of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment announces the Public Presentation of the Draft Harmonization Law titled ‘Law Amending the Laws on the Establishment of the Greenhouse Gas Emission Trading System of 2011, 2012, 2015, and 2020’, which will take place on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the multipurpose hall of the central building of the Ministry of Finance.
The draft legislation harmonizes the national law with Directive (EU) 2023/959 of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2003/87/EC on the establishment of a greenhouse gas emission trading system within the Union and Decision (EU) 2015/1814 on the establishment and operation of a reserve for market stability for the Union’s greenhouse gas emission trading system.

We would like to inform you that the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry has announced that the budget allocated for the needs of the 2nd call of the Energy efficient upgrades for households’ funding plan will increase from €35 million to €50 million.
We would like to remind you that the program aims at extensive energy upgrading of existing residences, providing grants for expenses related to thermal insulation, window replacements, installation of shading systems, as well as the installation and/or replacement of technical systems (such as solar panels, photovoltaic systems, air conditioning, storage batteries, etc.).
Interested parties can obtain the funding plan Guide, which includes all the details, the Application Form Template, as well as other required forms or documents, from the website of the Ministry of Industry and Technology (www.industry.gov.cy).
Applications can only be submitted electronically through the funding plan system of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, and Industry (https://fundingapps.mcit.gov.cy ).
