Η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή διεξάγει δημόσια διαβούλευση για την πρώτη αναθεώρηση του Κανονισμού για τις Ψηφιακές Αγορές (DMA), σύμφωνα με την υποχρέωση που προβλέπεται στο άρθρο 53 του Κανονισμού. Στόχος είναι η συλλογή απόψεων και τεκμηριωμένων στοιχείων για την αποτελεσματικότητα του DMA στην επίτευξη δίκαιων και ανταγωνιστικών ψηφιακών αγορών.
Η Επιτροπή θα χρησιμοποιήσει τα σχόλια των ενδιαφερομένων, καθώς και άλλα δεδομένα, για να καταρτίσει έκθεση αξιολόγησης και να εξετάσει τυχόν προσαρμογές ή μέτρα.

Τι είναι το Digital Markets Act (DMA)
Το Digital Markets Act (DMA) είναι ένας κανονισμός της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης που έχει ως στόχο να διασφαλίσει δίκαιες και ανταγωνιστικές ψηφιακές αγορές εντός της ΕΕ. Εστιάζει κυρίως στις μεγάλες ψηφιακές πλατφόρμες, γνωστές ως gatekeepers, οι οποίες έχουν σημαντική επιρροή στην αγορά και μπορούν να περιορίσουν τον ανταγωνισμό ή να επιβάλλουν όρους που βλάπτουν τους επιχειρηματικούς χρήστες και τους καταναλωτές.
Ο κανονισμός θέτει συγκεκριμένες υποχρεώσεις και απαγορεύσεις προς τους gatekeepers, με στόχο να δημιουργήσει πιο ανοικτές, διαφανείς και ανταγωνιστικές ψηφιακές αγορές, διευκολύνοντας την είσοδο και ανάπτυξη μικρότερων επιχειρήσεων και καινοτόμων υπηρεσιών.

ΑΝΤ (781) – Επιβολή προσωρινού δασμού αντιντάμπινγκ στις εισαγωγές ανθρακικού βαρίου καταγωγής Λ.Δ. της Κίνας και της Ινδίας.

Το Τμήμα Φορολογίας ενημερώνει ότι, στο πλαίσιο προγραμματισμένης αναβάθμισης των μηχανογραφικών του συστημάτων, θα πραγματοποιηθεί προσωρινή διακοπή στη λειτουργία του Tax For All (TFA) από τις 14/08/2025 μέχρι και τις 22/08/2025.

Ως εκ τούτου, κατά τη διάρκεια των πιο πάνω ημερών δεν θα είναι δυνατή η πρόσβαση στο Tax For All (TFA), ούτε στις υπηρεσίες που υποστηρίζονται από αυτό.

Επιπρόσθετα, η προθεσμία υποβολής του Ανακεφαλαιωτικού Πίνακα (VIES) για την περίοδο που αφορά τον μήνα Ιούλιο 2025, παρατείνεται μέχρι και τις 27/08/2025.

The European Commission has launched a public consultation to develop a new strategy for housing construction, within the framework of the European plan for affordable housing.
This strategy aims to:

• Strengthening the competitiveness and productivity of the construction ecosystem.
• Meet the growing demand for housing through new, renovated, and repurposed homes.

The strategy includes measures to:

• Promote innovative construction techniques through standards for construction products.
• Improve access to raw materials and secondary materials via the circular economy.
• Enhance financing for innovative products and technologies.
• Simplify and digitalize building permits.
• Harmonize professional qualifications and licenses for cross-border service provision.

The Commission invites businesses to submit:

• Comments on the proposed measures and the challenges of implementation.
• Information on obstacles to innovation, productivity, licensing, and access to materials.
• Suggestions for improvements at European, national, or local level.
• Analyses and data from their experience or from research.

Participation in the consultation is considered particularly important for the following sectors:

• Construction and Housing sector
• Production of building materials and products
• Green technologies and energy services
• Circular economy and waste management
• Architects and engineers
• Spatial and urban planning
• Social partners and NGOs (especially for vulnerable groups)
• Social and affordable housing providers
• Financial institutions and investors
• Research centers, universities, and experts

The public consultation will be open until 18 September 2025.
